EXG 21-Day Challenge - Refund & Prize Rules

Entry Fee: $99

Refund Amount: $80

Monthly Prize: $500

These are the official and only rules used to determine refund and prize eligibility.

1. Daily Requirements (All 21 Days)

You must complete all of the following each day:

A. Nightly Recap

Must be completed in the app before the day resets.

B. Power List for the Next Day

Must be created each night, immediately after the recap.

C. Daily App Usage

App must show activity every day.

Missing data for any day disqualifies refund/prize eligibility.

D. Daily Actions

You do not need perfect task completion.

Honest effort and consistent engagement required.

2. Social Proof Requirement (Refund Eligibility)

You must publish one public social post during the 21 days.

Requirements:

Platform: Instagram or TikTok

* Account must be public at verification

* Must mention your experience

* Must include the hashtag #DailyProofChallenge

Allowed formats: text, photo, carousel, or video

3. End-of-Challenge Requirements

A. Feedback Form

Emailed the morning after Day 21.

B. Deadline

* Must be submitted within 48 hours.

* Late submissions are not accepted.

4. Refund Eligibility

To earn the $80 refund, you must complete:

* 21 nightly recaps

* 21 Power Lists

* Daily app usage with no missing days

* The social post requirement (Section 2)

* Feedback form submitted within 48 hours

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after verification.

5. Prize Eligibility ($500 Monthly Prize)

To enter the monthly drawing, you must:

* Complete all refund requirements, plus:

A. Prize Video

* Record a **30–60 second** video about your experience.

* Post it publicly on Instagram or TikTok.

* Must include **#DailyProofChallenge**.

B. Eligibility Restrictions

* Must be 18+

* Must be a legal U.S. resident

C. Random Drawing

* One winner chosen each month.

* All qualified finishers have an equal chance.

* Winner announced on the **1st of the following month**.

6. Technical Issues

If the app prevents you from completing a required action:

* Email support@joinexg.com the same calendar day

* Include the date + a brief description

Documented issues will be considered.

7. No-Exceptions Policy

No exceptions for:

* Missed recaps

* Missing Power Lists

* Missing days in the app

* Missing/incorrect/private social posts

* Missing or late feedback forms

* Incorrect or missing hashtags

* Deleted posts

* Private accounts at verification

* Fraudulent activity

8. Verification

Verification uses:

* App data

* Recap timestamps

* Power List timestamps

* Public post URL(s)

* Feedback form submission

* Prize video post

Any manipulation or falsification results in immediate disqualification.
