At 26 I checked into rehab with nothing. No confidence, no direction, no proof I was capable of anything different. I was depressed, hopeless, and completely disconnected from who I knew I could be.

So I built a system. I used it to stay sober, rebuild my identity, and build businesses from scratch — all while working 50+ hours a week at a job I hated.
