EXG Privacy Policy

EXG (“we,” “our,” “us”) collects only the information needed to operate the EXG App and 21-Day Challenge.

We collect your name, email, and payment details (handled securely by our payment processor, Stripe). The app records your task completions, streaks, and reflections to track progress. If you submit feedback or testimonials, you choose what to share. Our landing pages may use limited cookies or tracking pixels (such as Meta Pixel) for ad performance. No tracking occurs inside the app.

We use this data to run the challenge, confirm refund or reward eligibility, send updates, and improve reliability. We do not sell your data.

Information may be shared only with service providers that help us operate—payment processor Stripe, hosting/database partners Supabase and Replit, and communication or automation tools such as Zapier and Make.com. These providers are required to protect data securely.

Data is kept only as long as necessary to deliver the service or meet legal requirements. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@exg.co. Anonymous performance data (for example, overall streak stats) may be kept for improvement.

You can request deletion of your personal data, or unsubscribe from emails at any time.

The EXG 21-Day Challenge and reward programs are limited to U.S. residents aged 18 and older.

We use secure connections and restricted database access to protect your information.
