EXG Privacy Policy

EXG (“we,” “our,” “us”) collects only the information needed to operate the EXG Daily Proof app and its core features.

We may collect your name and email if you provide them. The app records task completions, streaks, and reflections to track progress. If you submit feedback or testimonials, you choose what to share.

Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status and verify entitlements. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Our public landing pages may use limited cookies or tracking pixels (such as Meta Pixel) for ad performance. We may collect limited diagnostic information (such as crash logs) to improve app reliability. We do not use third-party advertising trackers inside the app. We use this information to provide app features, maintain the service, communicate important updates, and improve reliability. We do not sell your data.

Information may be shared only with service providers that help us operate the app (for example: RevenueCat for subscription management, Apple/Google for payments, Supabase for database services, and our hosting provider). These providers are required to protect data securely.

The app may generate a random identifier to maintain your session and app state. This identifier is not used for advertising.

Data is kept only as long as necessary to deliver the service or meet legal requirements. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@joinexg.com. Anonymous aggregated metrics (for example, overall streak statistics) may be kept for improvement.
