EXG Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Daily Proof mobile application, operated by EXG (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using Daily Proof, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use Daily Proof.
You must provide accurate information and use the service in good faith.
2. Payments
EXG may offer subscription-based access through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Subscription availability and pricing may vary by region and platform.
Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled exclusively by the applicable app store and are subject to their terms and policies.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Use EXG honestly and as intended.
Not falsify activity data, recaps, or usage inputs.
Maintain account security.
Avoid actions that disrupt the service or harm other users.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms.
4. App Access and Technical Issues
EXG does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
If you experience a technical issue, you may contact support at support@joinexg.com.
5. Intellectual Property
All EXG content, branding, systems, and features are owned by EXG.
You are granted a limited, personal, non‑transferable license to use the service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
Falsify or manipulate app usage or activity data.
Use bots, scripts, or automated tools.
Attempt to access private systems.
Harass or harm other users.
Post illegal or harmful content.
Violations may result in immediate account termination.
7. Disclaimers
EXG does not provide medical, legal, mental‑health, or financial advice.
You understand that:
Individual results vary.
Use of the app is voluntary.
You are responsible for your own health and decisions.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
EXG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
EXG is not liable for lost profits or lost data.
EXG’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the applicable billing period.
You use the service at your own risk.
9. Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern or dispute related to Daily Proof, you agree to first contact us at support@joinexg.com and attempt to resolve the issue informally.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
The arbitration will take place in the jurisdiction where EXG operates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking relief in small claims court for eligible claims.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where EXG is based. You agree to submit to that jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
EXG may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
