EXG Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EXG App, the EXG 21‑Day Challenge, and all related services (“EXG”). By accessing or using EXG, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older.

Prize eligibility is limited to U.S. residents.

You must provide accurate information and use the service in good faith.

2. Payments

The 21‑Day Challenge fee is $99.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

By purchasing, you authorize Stripe to store and process your payment information.

3. Refunds and Prize Rules

Refunds and prize eligibility are not governed in this document.

All challenge requirements—including refund conditions, verification steps, deadlines, and prize rules—are defined exclusively in the EXG Refund & Prize Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Your eligibility for any refund or prize depends solely on completing the requirements in that document.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use EXG as intended.

Complete challenge tasks honestly.

Not falsify recaps, Power Lists, or activity data.

Maintain account security.

Avoid actions that disrupt the service or harm other users.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms or attempting to manipulate refunds or prizes.

5. App Access and Technical Issues

EXG does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

If a technical issue prevents you from completing a required activity, you must email support@joinexg.com on the same day the issue occurs.

Documented issues may be considered according to the process outlined in the Refund & Prize Rules.

6. Intellectual Property

All EXG content, branding, systems, and features are owned by EXG.

You are granted a limited, personal, non‑transferable license to use the service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Falsify or manipulate challenge data.

Use bots, scripts, or automated tools.

Attempt to access private systems.

Harass or harm other users.

Post illegal or harmful content.

Violations may result in immediate account termination.

8. Disclaimers

EXG does not provide medical, legal, mental‑health, or financial advice.

You understand that:

Individual results vary.

Challenge participation is voluntary.

You are responsible for your own health and decisions.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

EXG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

EXG is not liable for lost profits or lost data.

EXG’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the challenge.

You use the service at your own risk.

10. Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute between you and EXG must be resolved through binding arbitration.

You waive the right to participate in class actions or class‑wide proceedings.

Arbitration will be conducted in the state where EXG operates.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where EXG is based. You agree to submit to that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

EXG may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
